What a scholarship is
- Full membership at The Recording Club for a musician who could not otherwise pay for it.
- Tiny Room Gives pays the monthly dues straight to the studio. The scholar pays nothing.
- Membership covers the recording studios, the Live Room, rehearsal space, wellness facilities and masterclasses.
- A Scholarship Committee of board members chooses every recipient. Read the application criteria.
What has been paid
$111,600in dues paid for scholars since March 2025.
- $73,412 came from the December 2025 gala and gifts from the board.
- $38,188 came from our reserves, which now need replacing.
- The next payment of $7,650 is due September 27, 2026.
- The scholarship fund itself holds $0 today. Reserves cover September in full and $6,156 of October’s $7,650.

How the money is tracked
